New Maintenance Program

Posted by on

Orion Security Solutions (OSS) is proud to announce the development of our new maintenance program. This program will complement our existing, industry-leading service and preventative maintenance programs. The difference is that the new maintenance program will include full replacement of faulty system equipment to give our customers a fixed budget cost for full system maintenance. This new maintenance program comes as a result of some of our customer’s needs and feedback.

OSS service and maintenance department leads the industry in quality, response time, and customer satisfaction. We have always emphasized service as the cornerstone of customer development and retention. As a result of our impeccable reputation, our service and maintenance programs have resulted in numerous project referrals and is an integral part of our company’s growth and sustainment.

The existing service and preventative maintenance Platinum, Gold, Silver, and First Responder Programs will continue to offer the outstanding discounts and benefits to our customers. The new maintenance program will simply offer equipment replacement rather than equipment discounts to provide a terrific solution to customers with this benefit requirement. We look forward to formally offering this new maintenance program soon and will be happy to provide proposals in the interim should you have immediate needs. This program, like our existing programs, will be offered to support systems we installed, as well as, those that were installed by other companies.

Please join us next week here at The O for more exciting news.
