Project quality control is essential for delivering the expected solutions and services to the customer. The project quality control must be maintained at all phases of the project to ensure the work, cost, schedule, and performance of the solution is acceptable. Projects that are not managed with quality control in mind often result in numerous problems and unhappy customers.
