OKLAHOMA CITY — Orion Security Solutions has joined the Honeywell Authorized Dealer for commercial security systems (CSS) program. The firm, based here, will receive design, installation, sales and marketing support, technical training and other benefits through its membership.

Led by former U.S. Department of State security official Sean Crain, Orion's clientele includes private and commercial businesses as well as government agencies. With offices in California, Colorado, New York, Texas and Washington, the company offers access control, GPS tracking, intrusion detection, monitoring services, perimeter defense and structured cabling.

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK (May 3, 2011) - The recent death of Osama bin Laden provides mixed feelings among many. Almost everyone is extremely satisfied that he has been killed and justice has been served. At the same time, many now wonder what happens now to his organization, al-Qaida.

EDMOND,OK (October 24, 2010) - Gary W. Vance, Sr., father of OSS Executive Greg Vance, will be one of 10 selected for induction into the Oklahoma Military Hall of Fame on November 11, 2010. The ceremony will begin with a 6:30 p.m. reception at the Gaylord Center at Oklahoma Christian University, 2501 E. Memorial Road.

After joining the Nation Guard while still in high school, Capt. Vance transferred to an Army Special Forces Reserve unit in Stillwater while attending Oklahoma State University. In 1961, he attended Infantry Officer Candidate School and the Army Airborne course at Fort Benning, Ga. After graduating from Oklahoma State University, he attended Pathfinder School and in 1965 was accepted for fixed-wing flight school.
